Dosage Instructions Depending on the desired results and the condition being addressed, one or two 500mg capsule(s) should be taken on an empty stomach (i.e. at least an hour and a half after eating) with a glass of water. Alcohol is a depressant and blood thinner. Consequently its intake has an adverse effect on erection; consumption should be avoided or, at the very least, severely restricted before and during the time that it is desired to engage in sexual activity. MegaV takes about 45 minutes to take effect and requires sexual stimulus (as is usual) to achieve erection. Its effects last for some hours and, depending on the individual’s metabolism and condition, may last considerably longer. No more than two capsules should be taken in any 24 hour period.
